Main parts of titanium PVD equipment is vacuum chamber, vacuum pump and electrical cabinet. Vacuum chamber inner size can be custom made and material is stainless steel. As for vacuum pump, rotary vane pump is for low vacuum pumping, roots pump is for middle vacuum pumping, diffusion pump is for high vacuum pumping. PVD coating system is cathodic arc, which is with high deposition speed for high energy efficiency. Electrical cabinet is with Mitsubishi PLC for all actions(full auto, semi-auto and manual).
