Vertical loading structure is suitable for bigger size hardware PVD coating, such as 4m pipe, 4m furniture, etc. We will use 2 loading covers for high efficiency PVD coating. When 1 cover is coating, another 1 is baking. As for such large size vacuum chamber, we will choose high capacity and 2 groups of vacuum pump for vacuum pumping.
Titanium PVD Coating Furniture
Popular stainless steel furniture PVD color has gold, rose gold, gray and black. Except titanium PVD system, we also need air compressor, oven, water tower and water pump such accessory euipment. Air compressor is to open release valve after PVD coating; oven is to bake furniture before coating; water tower+water pump is to cool down high temperature of vacuum pumps and vacuum chamber.
